Michael Goulian
Michael Goulian is one of only a few aerobatic aviators who are popular on a global scale. An edgy, hard, and aggressive style of flying, have become Michael’s signature, and it amazes fans across the globe.
On most weekends from April through November, Michael can be seen flying a mesmerizing and intense high performance solo aerobatic display accompanied by a high tech choreographed music system that leaves spectators emotional and wanting more.
Always one driven by a passion for competition, Michael can also be seen racing around the skies in beautiful foreign locations in the Red Bull Air Race, where millions of fans get a chance to see Michael “up close and personal”.
Flying is, Goulian likes to say, a high-performance sport. So he lives his life along those lines: he pays close attention to nutrition and works out almost every day with a personal trainer.
The 39-year-old pilot is a perfectionist in every sense of the word. His outfit, and that of his team? Flawless all the time. His sponsors? Numerous, and well-positioned. His media presence and skills with journalists? He’s often in the spotlight, and as the author of a book himself he understands the way journalists tick.
Michael has almost two decades of experience performing at world’s top airshows, having started in the business at age 18. Although he enjoys his reputation as a great aviator with a flawless safety record, he is also a dedicated professional with his fans. Michael also prides himself as being “easy to work with” and unassuming with the professional airshow promoters who work with him at their events.

He is also passionate about his faith and family, recognizing his wife Liz, daughter Laura and son Ried as the central blessings in his life.
