Guests who submitted DL information with their RSVP will be granted access to MacDill Air Force Base via Bayshore Gate and will park in VIP parking. Those who submitted RSVPs after 4May will use the Main Gate and park in General Parking. See map below for details and GPS coordinates for each gate.

Please follow signage/marshals to your assigned parking area. Once parked, you will find the Goodyear and Goulian Chalet on the flightline (also shown on the map below).  Let the chalet line greeters know you are a guest of Goodyear: they will have a guest list there.

This is a fully outdoor event, so we suggest bringing along a hat and sunglasses. Cameras are not only welcome, but encouraged!

We will provide plenty of shade, lots of seating, a first-class viewing area, and a fully catered lunch with cold beverages within our private VIP chalet area.

You are able to watch the air show from our observation deck: a great viewing area during the show on top of our chalet.

Observation deck space is first come, first serve for guests 18 and over. An adult must accompany guests 14-17 years of age. Children under 13 years are not permitted at any time. Only 12 guests at a time are allowed on the deck. The waiver allows access to the deck, and also confirms your release of image for any photos taken during the day. Please download and print for check-in with us at the chalet.
