This is your official confirmation for our private event at the 2018 Rhode Island Air Show.
We are honored to have you join us.
From the VIP Parking Lot, you will walk directly toward the flightline. We will be on the left end of the VIP Chalet line. Please click below for a map of the air show ramp.
Upon arrival, you will register at our chalet front desk. There we will collect your chalet tickets (issued from Eventbrite). Please have your tickets either printed or available on your mobile device.
This is a fully outdoor event, so we suggest bringing a hat and sunglasses. Cameras are welcome! We will provide plenty of shade, lots of seating, first-class viewing area, and a fully catered lunch with cold beverages within our private chalet.
Please refer to the schedule below for a general timeline of the day, including air show hours and chalet check-in times.
You are able to watch the air show from our observation deck: a great viewing area for the show on top of our chalet. Observation deck space is first come, first serve for guests 18 and over. An adult must accompany guests 14-17 years of age. Children under 13 years are not permitted at any time. The waiver below allows access to the observation deck, and also confirms your release of image for any photos taken during the day.
All guests will receive a mailed envelope including wristbands and parking pass.
