Today we got the #99 EDGE 540 in the air for the first time. Everything checked out ok and we didn’t have any surprises. In fact, everything looked great as the plane appears faster than last year and we had no trouble with engine temps. We were worried about overheating our engine as we made a new cowling.

Next on the list is to try and improve the feel of our ailerons which is not really difficult but takes a lot of very short flights with a lot of adjusting of spades, tape, etc.

Can’t wait for the season to begin.
