Earning a living by performing and racing in the air show and air race industries is certainly a high-risk environment. To stay alive, there must be a safety culture ingrained in the industry as well as the teams. Mike will show how he and the event organizers make daily adjustments to ensure they stay ahead of the hidden risks inherent in these high-risk environments. Mike will also relate how the safety culture within his team could help the typical general aviation pilot stay safe.
