Have you ever seen 2 cameras on a wing? Now you have. This is one of the ways you can create 3D content for video and we’re super excited to have the chance to create footage with the Monterrey and Salinas Californaia hills as a backdrop.
We’re at the California International Air Show (Salinas), working with friend and video-pro, Mark Magin, of OnBoard Images. We’re capturing footage for a Sony Creative Software project, and will be editing this 3D footage in an application called Vegas Pro 10 from Sony. Vegas Pro 10 is a new editing application coming out on October 11th that offers an integrated 3D video production workflow for content creators like Mark.
We can’t wait to show you the final video when it’s completed. Stay tuned!

I just wanted to wish you all the best for this up coming Red Bull season. I’ve been following you ever since the Red Bull Races began and I hope this is the year that you come in first. Thank you for your kind note. We had a fun 2010 and for 2011 we will be focusing on air shows in North America, as Red Bull Air Race is taking a hiatus for 2011 to reorganize and have time to confirm more participating cities for the series. We’ll be doing air shows around the entire US in 2011, a couple in Canada and one in the Caribbean too! Best Regards, Team Goulian
