On May 21st, Michael spoke to a group of EAA members and other pilots to give them insight to his custom/experimental Extra 300SHP aircraft that he uses for airshows around the USA. He was able to explain the aircraft from front to back, detailing the importance of his Hartzell Prop, Lycoming Thunderbult 580 engine, his lightweight fuselage and use of Castrol Aviator piston engine oil. Participants witness Michael remove the cowling, fuselage cover and other part of the aircraft to expose the beautiful engine, cockpit and fuselage. Michael keeps his aircraft in pristine condition and it shows in every nook and cranny.

Castrol Aviator representatives Mike Devore and Jason Vallier were on hand to give insight to why Michael uses their oil and compare the differences between mono and multi grade oils.

Michael’s brother, Matthew, flew over a brand new Cessna 182 with the stunning Garmin 1000 cockpit installed for everyone to see. (Michael’s flight school, Executive Flyers Aviation, sells new Cessna and Extra aircraft.)

Michael will give a similar speech at the Executive Flyers Aviation Open House at Hanscom Field in Bedford, Mass. on June 9th. Call 781-274-7227 for details.
